ORDERS


PHYSICAL & DIGITAL GOODS

Physical goods will be delivered by Canadian Post. Orders are processed promptly upon receipt of full payment. Delivery may take between 3 and 14 days, depending on the delivery option. Damaged or lost orders should be resolved with Canada Post directly and no responsibility is taken for goods that are damaged in transit or not received.


Digital goods are delivered immediately, unless otherwise mentioned in the product description. Please be aware there are inherent risks associated with downloading any software and digital goods. Should you have any technical problems downloading any of our goods, please contact us so we may try to assist you.


RETURNS & REFUNDS

Refunds or returns are at the sole discretion of The Northern Table and it's representatives.

We guarantee the quality of our products. We recommend that our clients inspect their order upon reception. An exchange or store credit (of the value of the item at the time of purchase) may be granted within 7 days of your order’s arrival.

As a general rule, we do not offer refunds unless we made a mistake in your order.

No refunds are available for digital downloads due to the nature of the consumable product.
